Workers were attaching the sub structure to the exterior of the new Community Counseling Center Monday at the corner of Main and Edwards streets in Alton. The white material gets covered with a stucco-like material by hand to form the finished outside of the three-story building.
Counseling practice reopens
Dr. John K. Scudder, licensed professional clinical counselor, is accepting new and former patients in the Anderson Township/Mt. Carmel area. Services include psychotherapy, group and individual counseling.
